To care for your velvet and remove crush marks we recommend using a velvet or hard clothes brush in the direction of the pile.

Should soft brushing be insufficient, professional steaming will also help lift the pile and remove marks.

Our floor cushions are delivered filled with a virgin expanded polystyrene bead. Please note this material will compress over time, and will require replacement beans. Our floor cushions come with a zip to access the fill liner.

We are unable to provide a re-fill service, but beans can be purchased online or at any good haberdashery store.
